Prices do not include postage and packaging; these vary depending on the weight of book(s), method of delivery and destination.

During the purchasing process, the shop will notify you of the shipping cost for your particular order.

Books are sent in quality packaging to ensure they arrive in the same condition they leave.

Australian orders have 2 Shipping Categories:
1) AusPost STANDARD Parcel Post (Cheaper) - 5 Business Days.
2) AusPost EXPRESS Parcel Post - Next Day delivery to capital cities. For other areas, the fastest possible delivery will be provided on a non-guaranteed basis.

International Orders have 3 Shipping Categories:
1) AusPost ECONOMY International Air Parcel Post (Lower cost air mail).
2) AusPost STANDARD International Air Parcel Post (More expensive air mail but quicker).
3) AusPost SEAMAIL International Parcel Post (Cheapest but also takes a long time - suitable for large orders)

Insurance is not included.

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD Credit Cards.

All Credit Cards are processed via the PAYMATE online payment processing system. This is the Australian equivalent of PAYPAL.

At present, we only accept payment in Australian Dollars both for local and international payments.

You may pay with an overseas credit card. Your credit card account will be debited with the equivalent amount in your local currency, with relevant conversion rates and charges applied by your credit card company.

Please also note that while Paymate normally applies some charges to the purchaser, Barrel Books will absorb these charges on behalf of the purchaser.

We also accept payments via cheque and money order.

Payment may be made by Visa or MasterCard. Australian buyers may also pay by Bank Transfer, Money Order or Cheque.
