The illustrator of ‘Three Little Surfer Pigs’ is an international man of mystery and master of disguise. As far as can be known, HR Hogwash lives under a pseudonym near the beach in Queensland, Australia, with his film-maker partner and a half-dog half-pig called Jim who now so closely resembles his master that it is rumoured to be almost impossible to tell them apart. HR has illustrated numerous best selling childrens’ books and rock’n’roll posters and exhibits his original Artworks in galleries in Australia and overseas. Since illustrating ‘Three Little Surfer Pigs’, both dog and master have stopped eating bacon and French food.
